Our Stain & Odor Eliminator works hard to get rid of thetoughest stain and odor problems. It's certified safe andeffective by the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRl) for allcolorfast carpets and works great on most upholstery.If it's gross, it's gone!
CONCRETE & TILE
Safe to use on concrete and tile! When using on concrete,we recommend covering the treated area with plastic tokeep the product wet and active for a few hours. Becauseconcrete is so porous, a treated area can dry out veryquickly, especially in warm climates. Placing a piece ofplastic or a damp towel over the treated area can helpkeep the product wet and active.
HARDWOOD & LAMINATE
Our product is safe to use on most hardwood andlaminate floors. Just be sure to test in a smallinconspicuous area first and don't leave any standingliquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some woodtypes can lead to swelling.
CLOTHES & BEDDING
Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spraythe soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes beforeputting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cupsof Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to helpeliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual
DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS
Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. If colorappears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as muchof the stain or pet urine as possible using a highlyabsorbent towel.
Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & RoxieStain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.
Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot witha cloth and let air dry.
FOR DEEP ODOR PROBLEMS
STEP 1:SOAK THE STAIN
Use enough product to thoroughly penetrateboth the carpet and underlying pad (orupholstery and underlying cushion). The bestpractice is to try and soak the problem areawith an amount Stain & Odor Eliminatorequal to the urine. This allows the product topenetrate deep into the carpet and come infull contact with the urine.
STEP 2: LET IT SIT
One hour is the minimum recommended time forexisting stains and/or severe odor problems.The longer the treated area can soak, the better.In some circumstances it might be beneficial toallow the affected area to soak overnight.
STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL& A WEIGHTED OBJECT
Fold a towel and place it over the treated areawith a weighted object on top to wick theresidual liquid out of the affected area.
STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT
Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treatedarea. Stain and odor should be gone. If not,repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odorproblems may require more than one treatment

Step 1: Remove as much of the mess as possible with paper fowels or an absorbent cotton fowel.Step 2: Pour 4-6 ounces of warm water on the area. Use a carpet or upholstery cleaner to extract thewater. Repeat a couple of times to dilute and remove the stain.Step 3: Apply Stain & Odor Eliminator, ensuring the area is fully wet.Step 4: Let it sit for 10 minutes, or overnight for older spots.Step 5: Extract or absorb excess product with a cleaning machine and let air dry. Tip: Place a dry towelwith weight on top to help absorb liquid as it dries.Step 6: Once dry, vacuum and check the area. If odor persists, repeat the steps.

Our Stain & Odor Eliminator works on all surfaces. Below are the instructions for each one:TILE Spray or pour on tile and grout, then leave it to work its way down and eliminate the stain.WOOD - Spray or pour on wood, letting it absorb. Use sparingly to avoid swelling, as it's water-
based.COUCH - For removable covers, soak them in the washing machine with a cup of our product. Fornon-removable cushions, apply the product directly to the affected area.MATTRESS - Spray or pour on the mattress and leave it to work.LEATHER - Spray the spot and let it sit for a few days. If odor persists, reapply to reach deeper layers.CONCRETE Soak the area with our product, leave it to dry, and reapply if the odor remains. Worksbest at room temperature
sILKWOOL - Test for colorfastness before using. Our formula is safe for silk and wool.TURF - Rinse the area, then spray or pour our product and leave it to eliminate odors. Regular usemay be needed for frequent pet visits.

We don't recommend using our product in a steam cleaner, as the high heat can deactivate thebiological ingredients, making it ineffective. Instead, pre-treat the affected areas with our product,allowing it to sit overnight if possible. Then, steam clean as usual a day or two later. The key isallowing the product to contact the urine and have time to work For older stains, spray on theproduct and let it sit for a couple of days to get down deep and break down the urine.
Can I Use it in the Washing Machine?
Can I Use it in the Washing Machine?
Yes, you can use our product in the laundry for clothes and bedding. Use about a cup of our productand pre-soak for about 30 minutes in warm water, then wash as usual.
